This, I used to use Kodi+Serena+realdebrid but it was not as user friendly. Stremio is by far the best option if you just want to watch shows without making a server/ having to actually manage downloads or making it into a project.

You just set it up and use it like any other streaming app

No reason to self host unless you find joy in maintaining a server/ library

I don’t fileshare, I use usenet, don’t wanna have to be constantly seeding isos. I like to rename and move my files onto my server not keep them on my cache drive.

Don’t care about achievements play games till like 70% then drop them. If it stops being fun I’m done, finishing a game is never a requirement don’t have time for that

Yeah been using real-debrid and kodi for almost a decade only thing I have issues with is foreign content. 99% of the time it’s super practical vs maintaining a library or buying storage. I also always stream 4k bluray remuxes which is not what I would want to store anyway

Then grab kodi and the addon seren for it. Gets same results but ui isn’t as pretty by default

Second this, android tv will run kodi (with seren) and stremio if you wanna go the real-debrid route. And if you decide to board media for some reason it’ll run plex, emby, or jellyfin. Shield tv used to be king but its pretty expensive for older hardware

Real Debrid is awesome, I have a jellyfin server setup but it’s only for friends/family and Anime (because it’s hard to find via scraping debrid.) If I want to watch any live action movie or show I do it via kodi and seren, that way I can watch 4k hdr bluray remuxes without having to store 50GB+ files for something im gonna watch once

Only in two minor private trackers and meh, I liked usenet better don’t have to worry about ratios cause I use the *arrs. The private trackers I had to rack up like 5tb of buffer before I felt comfortable having the *arrs automatically grab from em

Yeah but people change hobbies change and priorities change. Don’t ever try to force yourself to play games because you feel like your supposed to. I don’t eat candy anymore because I stopped enjoying it. I’m not gonna just eat it because I used to love it.

If thats how you play games now just do you, have fun with those games now, don’t need to over think it
