You could use something like DietPi OS which has an installer for all the *arr services built in.

Setup Trilium and use the Firefox extension to save screenshots or the whole page to it automatically which I love.

On this same note I have been using PicoTorrent and have had a great experience with it. Not sure how it stacks up against others but it does what it says on the tin.
