I’ve worked in 2 different schools in the IT department and 4 others as a volunteer lecturer (I got a name tag that said Technology Evangelist) I found that putting an analog clock in the screen saved of computers in the classroom was more likely to result in the clock actually being on time.

Too many clocks in classrooms are very old or even battery powered but neglected.

I don’t think kids are dumb just they aren’t getting a world that is properly maintained by competent people that care about their work and are adequately resourced to do the whole job.

Nothing about what you describe as is cut and dry as you are describing it. The easiest way to protect global trade from pirates would be to stop using global trade to arm psychopaths.

Some of the largest protests the world and specifically America had ever seen took place during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars drawing incredible numbers of people all across the country to protest. Our government got violent putting down a lot of those protests and The News largely just didn’t report it.

It’s just harder to hide shit now, but a lot of people seem to discount how much power the TV had over what people thought was going on outside.

Palworld and craftopia seem to be the same framework so it I’m guessing they are gonna use some of the dump truck full money they got from palworld to contine their development process.

If this were a finished Palworld, it’s already more game than most AAA releases, and more stable at that. If anything, calling Palworld a beta at this point seems like they are trying to raise the bar for release quality in general.

It’s actually a pretty good metaphor. People sitting on the left side and the right side of the plane are actually taking a seat whereas people sitting in the aisle are just in the fucking way.

It’s hard to imagine that police in Korea have solved all the crimes with victims and now have enough time and resources to go after victimless crimes so vigorously they drove people to suicide.

Social constructs that operate without the approval of the membership seem to be bad constructs that should probably not be built that way.

Using cloudflare is more reliable than using your own stuff which is still an option that nobody chooses anymore because it’s better to choose cloudflare or something similar.

I’m going to go ahead and assume you don’t work with internet security in any way, have no experience in web development, and have never attempted to provide web application services to more people than you can count on your fingers, but if you had, cloudflare is mana from heaven.
