There’s probably more immediate issues, though. Ice extent loss = albedo loss = more energy on this side of the atmosphere. The ocean is also absorbing something like 90% of extra emissions over historic baseline, but it will reach its limit around the time most of the ice melts. Additionally, iirc this is related to a mechanism where the pole itself is getting colder and colder despite the melting ice around it, which is causing a new ozone hole.
