It would be a better meme if it was an AES country shown, of course, but public housing is the solution AES countries have gone with to massive effect, meaning the meme is still correct in message even if it’s an error in delivery.

Looks more like the DPRK style, but Singapore also has some really nice social housing though not on the scale of China, Vietnam or North Korea
